Everyday balance
Movement, digestion and steadiness.
Wellbeing is rarely one thing. This page looks at three parts of an ordinary day, and how they affect each other.
Three parts of the day
None of these is a problem to remove.
A consultation looks at how you move, how you eat, and how settled your routine feels.
The aim is a balance that fits your week, not a label or a fixed plan.

Movement
Walking, stretching and the pace of the day. Regular activity is easier to keep than an intense burst.
Digestion
Meal timing, variety and how comfortable you feel after eating. Persistent symptoms should be checked by a GP.
Steadiness
Sleep, regular meals and a routine that does not swing from rushed to exhausted.
See how they sit together for you.
Bring a normal week to the consultation. We will talk through food, rest and movement without a one-size plan.
